Hi! I’m Moni, let me tell you a bit about myself…
I grew up not interested in fitness at all or even knowing how important it could be for my physical and mental health.
It wasn’t until I experienced my own lifestyle change and discovered a passion for exercise. This made me realise how exercise can make you feel, changing my mindset completely – and this was a new lifestyle I wanted to pursue.
I was keen to learn more about health and fitness, and the more I studied, the more I wanted to teach others. I then decided to train as a personal trainer and qualified soon after.
My learning never stopped there: I’m still so impassioned by continuing to learn and expanding my knowledge to better myself and my clients.
After spending years becoming the best trainer I could and working in gyms, I now want to share with you all my knowledge and make information about fitness more accessible with my free blog. I’ve always been driven by helping people achieve their goals no matter what.
And now, I want to inspire you by sharing all my tips, reviews and as much up-to-date information as possible.
